Mr. R. J. (Jim) Milliken, President, Director
Mr. Milliken is currently an independent businessman. He has been involved in the investment industry for forty years. He is a former national board member of the Investment Dealers Association and Canadian Investors Protection Fund. He is also a former President of the Alberta Stock Exchange, a former President and Chief Executive of Sanyo Securities Canada and a former associate of Lomax Group, a merger and acquisition financial advisory firm in Calgary. He is currently a director of Corona Gold Corporation.
Mr. Donald Douglas Gillies, CFO, Director
Mr. Gillies has a Bachelors of Sicence and a Master in Business Administrationowner of Douglas & Co. Real Estate Inc. His experience has been in banking, securities and public companies. he was the president and CEO of Shyline Natural Resources Inc. of Calgary Canada. Skyline was a publically traded oil & gas company involved in exploration, production and drilling.from 1984-1993. From 2005 mto the president he has worked as a real Estate Broker/owener with Douglas & company Reak EstateInc. in San Francisco.
Mr. Johannes Kingma. Director
Mr Kingma is a Calgary–based businessman involved in the managing and financing of resource companies world-wide.
